This past year I have decided to call myself an artist. I mean why not? I create art, lots and lots of art. Seeeeeee........

I take tons of online classes and workshops and use lots of art books but to society seems to have an opinion on how/if/when a person is considered an artist. I am inspired/taught by so many artists (to name a few) - Sarah Cray (Let's Make Art), Peggy Dean (Pigeon Letters), Kolbie Blume (This Writing Desk), Terry Runyan, Yvette St. Amant, and Jane Spink (Nature Imprinted). There have been many others, artists that I found on Instagram, or though a workshop, or a book.

I am thankful for the other Artists that have shared their skills, talents, and encouragement with me so that I can grow past the imposter syndrome. Maybe-just-maybe, someday I will have that impact on another person that will help them give themselves that ever elusive title - Artist.
